Using the dotplot/heatmap:

• use the buttons to the right to switch between heatmap and dotplot views, and to swap the axes for the plot
• If there are too many columns to fit on the page you can use the slider control below the buttons to scroll the plot
• You can reorder the columns and rows by dragging their labels. The plot will update as you move the label
• Finally, you can hover over a dot or square to view more information, including the actual gene expression
